Keep an eye out for alternatives: If you have always enjoyed meat, it can be hard to go cold turkey (pun intended). That’s why we can be thankful for the recent increase in availability of meat alternatives. While it can be argued that they’re not quite the real thing, they are certainly good enough to enjoy as a replacement.
Check your labels: A lot of foods that you consume on a regular basis have more ingredients than you’d think. This can lead to some products being traps for those of use who are trying to stick to a vegan diet. That’s why it’s always important to check on the back of packaging as to whether it’s vegan or not.
